Tulsa Port of Catoosa reports April 2017 shipping tonnage Total barge tonnage for the Tulsa Port of Catoosa was 233,165 tons for April 2017, which marks a 29 percent increase over the same period last year. The Tulsa Port of Catoosa was responsible for 28% of the system's total for the month.  The total barge tonnage for the Tulsa Port of Catoosa during the month of April 2017 was 233,165 tons, which marks a 29 percent increase over the same period last year.
