DeepFabric, the agentic platform for supply chain execution, today announced that Twin Med, LLC (“TwinMed”), a national medical supply distributor serving the post-acute care market, is deploying five DeepFabric AI agents across its procure-to-pay process, with three now in production. The agents handle routine follow-up work, while TwinMed's supply chain team keeps decision authority. The deployment reflects TwinMed's approach of building AI into daily operations, starting with the procurement work behind every customer order.
The agents cover purchase order follow-up, shipment tracking, delivery scheduling, discrepancy resolution and invoice matching. The agents now in production support about 3,200 purchase orders each month across 260 suppliers. They work as one system, sharing context so a discrepancy caught at receiving is already known to the agent matching the invoice. They run on TwinMed's ERP and work through existing channels: EDI, email and a shipment tracking feed. TwinMed started with procurement to give buyers more time for sourcing and supplier negotiation, improve follow-up on open orders and support its team as the business grows.
