The Secretary-General of the International Maritime Organization (IMO), Arsenio Dominguez, issued the following statement, following an incident involving a cargo ship (TIHAMAH) which was hit by a projectile off the coast of Al Mokha, Yemen. Several seafarer fatalities have been confirmed.
