CenterPoint Properties names Moran new West Region Development SVP

CenterPoint Properties has appointed Brian Moran as its West Region senior vice president of development.

“We took a thoughtful approach to finding the right leader for development on our West Region Team,” said Bob Andrews, CenterPoint’s executive vice president, head of West Region. “Brian brings a strong track record across industrial development and a deep understanding of the challenges of building in the West. His experience will be a real asset as we continue to deliver value to our customers,” Andrews finished.
Moran was most recently executive vice president, head of development, construction and ESG at Bridge Industrial, where he oversaw more than $4.5 billion in U.S. and European projects. He was also senior project manager at Rexford Industrial, where he managed ground-up and repositioning projects for the Southern California-focused firm. Moran was charged with leading Rexford’s sustainability platform, overseeing the planning and development of solar energy systems capable of generating nearly 10 megawatts of clean energy.
