XLProjects member, CSL Asia Shipping Co.,Ltd recently had to dispatch their in house engineers to measure 3 fishing boats bound for Luanda, Angola. The owner of the boats could not provide the figures required.
The engineers also drew up the technical drawings as per customs requirements.
Two of the fishing boats measured 36 meters in length, 250 tons in weight each, while the third one is 33-meters long and weighs 240 tons. “The measurement result provided by CSL is very precise” commented by supervisor of Shanghai port, “which reduce the risk and smooth the loading operation significantly.”
