STV announced the promotion of Iris Giboyeaux, Alexander Houseal and Rafael Ruffo to senior vice president, reinforcing leadership across project delivery, engineering and operations as transportation agencies throughout New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania advance increasingly complex infrastructure investments.

Together, these three leaders collectively bring decades of experience across project delivery, transportation engineering and operational leadership. Their work supports some of the region's most significant infrastructure initiatives while helping clients address growing demands for resilient, efficient and connected networks.

In their expanded leadership roles, Giboyeaux will drive project operational excellence and performance across STV’s local transportation teams throughout the North Region; Houseal will advance transportation engineering operations and growth throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey; and Ruffo will lead integrated design and construction delivery for projects across New York.

The appointments support STV's continued focus on accelerating growth across key markets, expanding technical expertise and strengthening client partnerships.
