SEATTLE, Washington – Kleinfelder announced Jason Williams has joined the Seattle team in the role of Supervisory Technician/Project Manager. In this role, Williams will lead construction materials testing and inspection services for some of the largest infrastructure projects in the Puget Sound.

“Kleinfelder’s Seattle team is providing geotechnical and construction services for some of the most noteworthy infrastructure developments in the region. I’m excited to immerse myself in these projects as well as identify new opportunities that will provide for continued growth of Kleinfelder’s construction operations,” said Williams.

With over 20 years of construction industry experience, Williams brings a unique set of skills and perspective to Kleinfelder, having worked as a technician in the field and laboratory, as a Project Manager, and as a Deputy Quality Manager. Serving in these various capacities, Williams has worked on hundreds of projects involving roads and highways, bridges, airports, and commercial, industrial, and military facilities. Drawing from his well-rounded experience, he’s able to look at all aspects of construction work and identify immediate testing and inspection needs as well as planning required for upcoming tasks.

With extensive experience in the Seattle area, Williams has worked on projects for Sound Transit, Washington State Department of Transportation, Port of Tacoma, Federal Way School District, and Joint Base Lewis–McChord to name a few. He possesses a strong understanding of how project needs may vary across different markets and is skilled in implementing practices that drive quality construction and meet the unique needs of each client.

Williams graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University. He holds multiple testing and special inspection certifications, including WABO.
