Following the unrivalled international success of their A320 training platform, V-Prep Visual Training are launching a new training package to support pilots flying the Boeing 737NG.
The new training platform initially features 60 videos, designed and vetted by current qualified TRI/TRE airline captains, this platform is perfect for pilots either studying their type rating or preparing for recurrent checks. These high-quality videos demonstrate how to perform a variety of procedures and are brought to life using a combination of 2D,3D animations, actual simulator footage and are explained using clear, concise narration. They provide an accurate illustration of what a pilot NEEDS to do, WHY and WHEN.
Founded in 2016 by Captain James Feeney, highly accomplished in the aviation industry, acknowledged the need for a professional, up to date way to brief the cadets and type rated pilots he was training. Combining his comprehensive knowledge, along with that of other highly skilled instructors, V-Prep was born! Over the past few years, V-Prep has supported A320 pilots through their initial and recurrent training worldwide. Building on this success they are now proud to announce their forthcoming release.
Captain Thomas Unsworth, who assisted in the development of the new training platform tells us what to expect. He says: “I have been training pilots to operate the Boeing 737-800 since 2011 and during this time, no other platform has come close to delivering such a comprehensive product. I know that my students would use this training aid and that it will improve their breadth of knowledge, comprehension of the wide range of topics required to pass a type rating and retention of all of this knowledge for future training and checking events.”
