The new Chief Executive Officer of Bolloré Transport & Logistics in the Democratic Republic of the Congo has officially taken up his functions. A Congolese (DRC) national, Éric Kalala joined the teams at Bolloré Transport & Logistics in 2003, holding positions in the Finance Division and the Operational Division. He was previously responsible for the Katanga region, where he will be replaced in Lubumbashi by Rodolphe Kembukuswa Diwa, who has been at the Bolloré Group for 30 years. Éric Kalala possesses solid experience in mining logistics and financial management. He is a Business Engineering graduate of the Administration and Management Institute of Université Catholique de Louvain and holds a Master in International Management from HEC-Paris and a General Management Program diploma from Harvard Business School. As the new Chief Executive Officer, he will be responsible for the development of Bolloré Transport & Logistics’ shipping and logistics activities in Kinshasa. He succeeds Yves Debiesme, who is taking his retirement.
